What shipping company do you use?

Lyn’s crafts primarily ships via USPS.

Does Lyn’s Crafts offer Free Shipping

Lyn’s Crafts DOES NOT offer free shipping on our tangible products. The buyer is responsible for all shipping changes and processing fees. For international orders the buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, customs fees and duties. Our orders are shipped via USPS, usually within 1 or 2 business days.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Lyn’s Crafts uses live rates from the USPS. That means that the rate you see is the rate charged by USPS. There are no additional fees.

How long before you ship my order?

We ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after receipt.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number. You can track your order any time by using our tracking page or by going to the USPS website tracking page.

What happens if my order is lost?

This is rare but does happen. In the event of a lost order we will:

  • Work with the shipping company to see if the order can be located and shipped
  • Will send replacement products provided:
    • We have the products in stock
    • The order is not found by the shipping company
  • Will refund your order including shipping, if:
    • We don’t have sufficient inventory to cover the order
    • You request a refund

Do you ship internationally

Yes, we do ship internationally. There is no free international shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and customs fees.
